Viral Vault Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Returned items should be unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. You then have 14 days after notifying us to send the goods back.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we agree otherwise, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs where appropriate so we can help resolve the issue.

Once an eligible return has been received and checked, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Where required by UK consumer law, eligible standard delivery charges will also be refunded.

Certain goods may have different cancellation rights or exemptions where permitted by law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
